RENT & RELOCATION:


RENT & RELOCATION PORTAL IS NOW OPEN Deadline: All applications and required documents must be submitted by Friday, September 19, 2025, at 5:00 PM. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
Required Documents:
* Current, valid rental lease agreement (not expired)
* Government-issued photo ID
* Social Security card & number (applicant only)
* Social Security numbers for all household members
* Income verification for head of household
* Proof of residency (one of the following): Driver’s license with rental address, Recent utility bill (in applicant’s name), Government mail (in applicant’s name).
* Proof of crisis

Landlord Requirements:
We strongly encourage you to communicate with your landlord as soon as possible so they are prepared to register and support your application.
* A balance statement (electronic only, no handwritten) will be requested from your landlord by the County.
* Landlords must be registered as vendors with Palm Beach County to receive payment.
* If your landlord is not registered, you must provide their email address so the County can send them the registration link.
