COVID-Related Eviction Prevention Funding Available
The online portal will reopen on Monday, July 1 at 10 am. To apply online or obtain an in-person appointment, clients must comply with the following:
* Must have children age 5 and under in the household or a disabled individual, or a senior household
* Must have not received rental assistance of any kind in the last 12 months
* Must have not met the benefit limits of 18 months or $25,000
* Must have a crisis (unexpected increase in expenses or loss of income) that is provable with documentation (must upload proof of crisis in the application)

Funding for LIHEAP HVAC Replacement program and Home Energy Assistance (credit) is depleted. Application submission for both assistance categories is now closed.

RELOCATION
Beginning Friday, June 14, 2024, the Relocation portal will close for maintenance. The portal will reopen on Monday, July 1, for applications for assistance with relocation assistance for security deposit and first and last months’ rent. To apply on-line, clients must comply with the following:
